Katherine Goldstein is on a mission to make society more equitable for moms and caregivers.  

Using her 15+ years as a journalist writing for high profile publications, along with her research on all aspects of the care movement and economy as a think tank fellow, Katherine brings unique skills to companies and organizations working within the care economy space and mission-driven non-profits.

A Harvard Nieman Journalism fellow, her research has received support from The Ford Foundation, The Better Life Lab at New America and has been republished by Oxford University Press. She’s also held leadership positions as an editor and digital strategist at HuffPost, Slate and Condé Nast, and runs her own small company, Double Shift Media.

  • Pitch deck feedback and strategy - Giving feedback on pitch decks tailored to investors, customers and funders. Supporting companies with messaging and positioning, while specializing in bolstering arguments with economic data and social science research.
  • Client success storytelling: Showcasing company and organizational results by executing quantitative evaluation programs and highlighting effectiveness through testimonials and participant narratives.
  • Strategic communications: messaging, copywriting, editing and ghostwriting for internal and public-facing content.
